Collaboration is defined as (a) to cooperate with an agency or instrumentality with which one is not immediately connected and or (b) the action of working with someone to produce or create something.

Additionally, we are not financially supporting but rather collaborating on the potential project.

AMS is an organization that utilizes Fund A monies through Student Government. We are complaint with Board of Regents Section 5.9.1 of its Bylaws as our aim is to:
a) Ensure that a broad based student population are being benefited. Student governments may not distribute Fund A monies to individuals, except in the form of wages for services performed, nor to groups or organizations that are not established by and under the direct control of student government.
b) We cannot give grants to student groups or organizations.
